Is your plan to make requests to Relay Search at
https://metrics.torproject.org/rs.html or Onionoo, the service behind
that, at https://metrics.torproject.org/onionoo.html ? If so, no
worries, they'll handle the load.
If you're making requests to another page or site and you feel that your
script is slowing down our servers, please do let us know, and we'll
work on making them more resilient to request bursts.

Thanks for asking in advance!
