These was an issue with network equipment where op-ab is hosted. This
should now be resolved.

The data does not show an issue with the Tor network, and this is a good
example of why having multiple vantage points is a good idea. (All the
other vantage points are hosted in the same AS, though geographically
diverse.)

The equipment in question is a Cisco Catalyst 6500 with a Supervisor
Engine 720. This is not the newest equipment around, so occasionally
sees problems. In this case the issue was resolved by rebooting the
supervisor.
