if I add up the underlying onionoo data it adds up fine to ~100% exit probability,
and the map appears to match the data but it isn't easy to tell 0% and <1% apart
on the map view (visually).
here is a breakdown by country (but RS can give you that as well in a more interactive way
- not using the map)
