Yeah I enabled that module back when I migrated to a new server. I think I'll
test it before re-enabling it because this log doesn't make too much sense.

I would assume the module tried to go on check.torproject.org but the default
Exit page of the relay was given somehow on 199.127.226.150.

For now, it is disabled.
