[metrics-team] PrivCount in Tor session in Rome

Hi teor,
I'm sorry, but I'm not yet in Rome and won't arrive before Monday
evening. I'll read the meeting notes and am happy to discuss PrivCount
in Tor more on one of the remaining days.
