[metrics-team] Mapping Bandwidth Authority Votes

Dear Metrics Team,

Thanks for the new map feature, it's really useful!
(I think this was mainly Ana's work? Thanks!)
The consensus weight versus bandwidth map has helped us visualise bandwidth authority behaviour.

It would really help us if we could see the consensus weight versus bandwidth for each bandwidth authority. This would come from the bandwidth figures in their votes, rather than the consensus. We would only need this at country level.

(Maybe we could do a map of consensus weight per bandwidth authority at the same time?)

Is this possible in Relay Search?

It would really help us work out if our bandwidth server changes are having any effect.
