Sounds like your newly setup relay generated a new identity key.
We identify relays using the identity key digest, and when a relay
generates a new identity key, we have no way to say whether the old
relay and the new relay are in fact the same.
Also, for performance reasons, we're only including relays in Relay
Search that have been running in the past week.
If you want to avoid this to happen again in the future, you may want to
look at the OfflineMasterKey option.
