We discussed this in the metrics team meeting today. There is a
possibility that something that looks like Tor Weather will become part
of metrics-bot.
metrics-bot, previously known as atlasbot, takes Onionoo data and
provides notifications through various channels.
Simple features may appear mid-2018, more complex features later.
If there is anything that you'd like to see in a future Tor Weather,
please let me know and I can create tickets once the Trac component is
created.
