Sure!

The Tor website has a great volunteer page that explains how to get
involved:

I'd say take a look around at the listed projects, the linked code
repositories, and the bug tracker, and then decide which project you'd
like to contribute to. The volunteer page also explains how to reach out
to the main contributors.
