[metrics-team] Remaining tickets for 2017

Hi team,

as mentioned briefly on Thursday, we should be looking at the remaining
tickets that we tagged as "metrics-2017" when we met in Berlin.

I started looking at all remaining 64 tickets and suggested next steps.
