[metrics-team] Unusually slow OnionPerf measurements

Hi Karsten,
I am going to check the logs now to see if there was some issues on the VMs.
As far as I know nothing changed on our configuration of the VMs. I did
renew the ssl certificates but I do not thing that has anything to do
with it (also because all three VMs show the same pattern and not all of
them needed certs renewed).
