There's indeed a .csv file:
https://metrics.torproject.org/stats.html#webstats
https://metrics.torproject.org/stats/webstats.csv
And it goes back to September 2015:
$ grep tw[hd]ph webstats.csv | head
2015-09-20,twdph,,,,,91735
2015-09-20,twhph,,,,,54219
2015-09-21,twdph,,,,,112230
2015-09-21,twhph,,,,,69447
2015-09-22,twdph,,,,,112406
2015-09-22,twhph,,,,,69350
2015-09-23,twdph,,,,,126075
2015-09-23,twhph,,,,,74753
2015-09-24,twdph,,,,,115214
2015-09-24,twhph,,,,,70788
Note that "twhph" stands for "Tor website home page hits" and "twdph"
for "Tor website download page hits".
If you need 1 or 2 new graphs on Tor Metrics, please let us know here
and/or open a new ticket.
All the best,
Karsten
