Hello team,

we briefly talked about changing the meeting time for metrics team
meetings.  Most people were in favor of keeping the current time,
which is every other Thursday at 14:00 UTC, but that time doesn't work
for everyone.  Let's try to find a time that works for even more
people.  Worst case we don't find such a time and stick with the
current time, but let's see.

I'll close the poll in a week from now to give everyone enough time to
participate and to accommodate to a potentially different meeting time.
