[metrics-team] graph spikes

Hi Metrics-Team List,

where does this spikes come from? Earlier today there was a drop in the 
IPv4 Brige users from ~25k to ~15k. This spike now seems to be 
flattened. How is the appearing and disappearing of those spikes 
possible?
