 I just removed this code in
 [https://gitweb.torproject.org/onionperf.git/commit/?id=36c9120ddc52c10ed7272ffbafa43850008e83bf
 commit 36c9120] and some other unused/commented out code in
 [https://gitweb.torproject.org/onionperf.git/commit/?id=8daed2f71ae2f6e689af994d9a7206d1618fbb1d
 commit 8daed2f]. I decided against putting these commits up for review,
 because these changes are pretty simple and only affect the visualization
 output, not the measurements. If for some reason somebody wants these
 visualizations back, we can still recover them from Git history; though we
 would want to update them to pandas/seaborn in that case. Closing.
