Comment (by phw):

 What does "replacing" mean, exactly? I see that onionperf supports
 --torserver-conf-file and --torclient-conf-file as subcommands for
 --measure (they are documented as --torserver-config-file and --torclient-
 config-file, so that needs fixing).

 What else do we need?
