 Once the script in #33262 completed, its output will be monitored by tor
 developers, as more volunteer relay operators deploy the relevant tor
 versions. (And as the number of IPv6 relays in the consensus increases.)

 There isn't actually much to check here. If we do find issues, we should
 open separate bugs for them.
