 OP builds analysis files from TGen and Tor logs. As described in #29374,
 the OP TGen parser only looks at `[transfer-*]` lines in the TGen files,
 which does not correctly calculate start times for transfers which have
 failed due to errors.
 The parser should take into account the source/proxy ports and record the
 start time of a transfer. This will help build a foundation for completing
 #29787, and include error code combinations in from both tor/tgen logs in
 the produced *.tpf files.
