Comment (by acute):

 Updated the script and csv file to actually show tor circuit recorded
 errors and fixed a column name - previous version did not dump this info.
 Please use this version for comparison. Note that column 'state failed'
 records the first state that was NOT found in the json. Use the same links
 to download.
