 As [https://dev.maxmind.com/geoip/geoip2/geolite2/ announced] by MaxMind,
 starting ''"in 2019, latitude and longitude coordinates in the GeoLite2
 databases will be removed."''

 We're currently including that information in
 [https://metrics.torproject.org/onionoo.html#details_relay_latitude
 "latitude" and "Longitude" fields of details documents]. I don't know
 exactly which clients are using it, but I believe Metrics Bot does.

 We can do two things: ignore this and just leave those fields blank
 starting in 2019, or switch to another provider of this information, for
 example https://www.ip2location.com/. Still ~9 months to make a decision
 and implement it.

 Note that this does not affect the GeoLite2 Country database that we're
 processing and shipping with the Tor daemon.
