 Sounds good to me!

 How about metrics-alerts at lists.torproject.org (does not exist yet)?

 For now we'd only send Onionoo warnings there, which is the only Nagios
 warning that we have right now anyway. And in the future we'd add more
 notifications based on publicly available data (like CollecTor's
 index.json).

 But we'd have to be careful with sending warnings there that are based on
 internal logs. For example, problems with sanitizing bridge descriptors
 shouldn't go to that list.

 If this makes sense, I'll kick off the process for creating a list.
