 Please review the 2 commits in my

 branch.

 Checks and tests pass, and I have tested on a real status directory.

 This change removes the "host_name" field from details documents and so
 should be deployed along with Onionoo protocol version 7.0.

 If these changes are ok, set back to needs_review anyway for me to write a
 changelog entry.
