 We plan to have compass able to be shut down by December 31st.

 There will be at least one month where a notice is displayed on compass to
 ask users to make sure that Relay Search now has the functionality they
 need, and if not to file a ticket on Atlas to ensure that it is there
 before Compass is shut down.
