 Right now it can be a little difficult to discover what is available on
 the Tor Metrics website. We should produce a hierarchy/graph of all
 content we have an how it should be organised.

 This may mean a reshuffle of the navigation bars, or adding some "related
 links" to certain pages.

 This should definitely include all web pages and visualisations. It may
 also include Relay Search and data sources.
