 db.git/log/?h=task-21272 my task-21272 branch] with a commit that
 downloads .tpf files from OnionPerf instances.  Still quite rough around
 the edges, but passed an initial test by successfully downloading .tpf
 files from https://op-us.onionperf.torproject.net/.
