 Let's encrypt is running. New domain names are:

 - op-us.onionperf.torproject.net

 - op-nl.onionperf.torproject.net

 Working on tpo setup.

 For OFT Cloud we have a new location available: Hong Kong. Are we
 interested in setting this up?

 Regarding the tpf files not showing up in the directory. Logs are
 generated but files are not "packed" into tpf at midnight. I am trying to
 investigate why this is happening.
