 Oh, and can you look into getting (Let's Encrypt) certificates, maybe
 using `op-$cc.$something` as domain names?  Otherwise we'll first have to
 look into ways to tell CollecTor which (self-signed) certificate to expect
 on each OnionPerf instance, which might be possible but which is probably
 not trivial.  Thanks!
