 So, I deleted measurements from op-hk, op-nl, and op-us until 2017-04-10
 from CollecTor and Tor Metrics.  Looks good so far.

 I also noticed that the last remaining Torperf instance had an issue that
 I cannot fix easily, so I decided to remove it, too, and add the OnionPerf
 instance running on that host in the near future.  But as stated above
 somewhere, removing the last Torperf instance requires removing the code
 from CollecTor that downloads and merges Torperf files.  Please find

 Adding other OnionPerf hosts is on my list for the next days, or more
 realistically next week.
