My two pesos:

 * notfive (or not5, !5): however, this excludes australia.    

 * few relays area (fra):  however, this excludes other non-technical aspects of
   the discussion. 

 * under (or tor-under): this stands for underrepresented areas, in terms of
   community, relays, user base, etc.
