[anti-censorship-team] Vanilla bridges not available from bridges.torproject.org web interface

Hi all,

It seems that bridges.torproject.org is no longer serving vanilla 
bridges via the web interface. The following page (reached by selecting 
"none" in the transport dropdown) has no content:

https://bridges.torproject.org/bridges?transport=0
