It looks cheaper to get a dedicated server from hetzner, and they don't charge 
for the traffic (for 1GB/s links). For example this one of AMD with 32 cores:

Both of them are €129.71/month + HD.

I haven't explored other options, but I think OVH and others will have similar 
options.
